Followed by Miss SAMANTHA JENNIFER LOWRY received the baby and hug him, kiss him and caress him, manifesting much happiness to have received her son. Letter “D”; and whom the Attorney LUIS XAVIER ZEPEDA VAZQUEZ, requested him for a full and detailed examination on the child SEBASTIAN JOHN RAUL PAVON CUELLAR to effect of the determination of the state of health of the minor. Act followed, before the presence of Miss SAMANTHA JENNIFER LOWRY and of Mister TRISTAN JOHN NIND AND JOSEPH PATRICK DOUGLAS, LOWRY, which the mentioned professional proceeded to conduct the medical examination which he consider appropriate, given the following judgment, in which is dictated before the undersigned and transcribed in the following terms;-----

The baby has eight months old, and he is found clinically healthy, in good general conditions, active, reactive to the handling, with a weigh of 8 kilograms and five hundred grams, height of sixty eight centimeters, cardiac frequency of one hundred thirty nine (cry), respiratory frequency of forty per minute per cry. Cephalic Perimeter of forty four dot five on hormocephalus cranium, without ednostocis without exostosis, fixing of sight with good response to light, good facial expression, normal thorax with good entry and exit of air, normal cardiac sounds, globular abdomen, soft, defmesible, with normal penistalsis , no megalius viscus, male genitals, with both testicles in scrotal bags, normal penis, extremities with good mobility, back with normal “raquis” no cutaneous stigmas, with normal psychomotor development for his age. And by all of the previous, he is considered clinically healthy”.---

Continuous act Mister ABRAHAM ECKSTEIN SALZ , proceeded to translate to Miss SAMANTHA JENNIFER LOWRY and to Mister TRISTAN JOHN NIND and JOSEPH PATRICK DOUGLAS LOWRY his medical judgment mentioned, and Miss SAMANTHA JENNIFER LOWRY manifested her conformity with the same, and received the child, took his clothes off the baby had and placed him other clothes she had in a bag, and fed some type of puree and was spoiling him.---

Also Doctor RUBEN ESPINOZA MONTERO manifested on what he observed, that Miss SAMANTHA JENNIFER LOWRY was found to be in full use of her mental faculties, acting without any psychological pressure of any type, with the state of mind of a mother when receives her baby.

---Subsequently and before all present, been thirteen hours and twenty minutes, Miss SAMANTHA JENNIFER LOWRY, manifested in the English Language, which was also translated by Mister ABRAHAM ECKSTEIN SALZ, that she would not sign the document to desist of actions by the moment, and that will be until the following day that she would appear before the Public Ministry, once a DNA has been made of her minor child. All of the previous occurred with all person present, and Miss SAMANTHA JENNIFER LOWRY proceeded to depart in that instant with Misters TRISTAN JOHN NIND AND JOSEPH PATRICK DOUGLAS LOWRY, AND

With the previous, been the thirteen hours with thirty five minutes of the current day and year , was given as concluded the present proceedings, returning to the offices of the notary under my charge for the summary of the present record

The undersigned notary give faith during the proceedings was recorded a video and several photos taken, same that once they would be developed, were exhibited to me five of them by the attorney LUIS XAVIER ZEPEDA, and certify the same coincide with the observed during the proceedings , which I attach to the appendix in the file marked with the number of this instrument, under letter “E”.

Been thirteen hours of the day of the fifth of December of the year two thousand seven, jointly with Attorney LUIS XAVIER ZEPEDA VAZQUEZ, appeared before the undersigned Notary, Mister DANIEL PAVON CUELLAR, manifesting his generals to be Mexican by birth, with origin of the City of Mexico, Federal District ; born on July first nineteen sixty seven, artist, with address at “Bahia de la Concepcion” number 14 , third floor “Colonia Veronica Anzures” of this city, and he exhibited me the original agreement signed before the embassies of the United States of America and United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, which is the same delivered by Miss SAMANTHA JENNIFER LOWRY, to Attorney LUIS XAVIER ZEPEDA VAZQUEZ, by which was given faith the third day of the present; following act Mister DANIEL PAVON CUELLAR proceeded to sign the copy of said documents under the presence of the undersigned notary and requested a copy of said documents be attach to the appendix of this record, under the letter “F”, with all the previous I concluded the present proceedings the day of fifth of December, two thousand seven.
